Community Involvement

Andrew likes to be involved in the community as much as possible. To him, the community spans to anywhere that he can help do some good. He is always involved in something; whether it be a one time volunteering effort, or a long term commitment.

Currently, Andrew is involved with the Challenged Athletes Foundation, and with his church, Gesu Parish. The Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) is a non-profit foundation based out of California whose mission is to help everyone be an athlete, regardless of their handicaps. Specifically, CAF helps amputees afford expensive prosthetic limbs, hand cycles, and the like, so that they may compete in everything from basketball to an Ironman triathlon. Andrew is a fundraiser for CAF by training for events himself (mostly triathlons), and having a website which accepts donations for CAF as he trains. 

Andrew is also an active member of the triathalon club TRIWisconsin , through which he trains for his events.
